Our grills are made out of solid cast aluminum, up to 1/4" inch thick, and have a recess on the back side to allow for flatter installation. The master patterns are designed, cut and shaped by hand for a non-machined, non-stamped look. We spent a lot of extra time by not using computer aided machines. All aluminum grills are shipped unpainted.
